Compline via Zoom Tuesday Evenings at 8:00p.m.

Join us via Zoom for Compline at 8:00p.m. on Tuesday evenings through February 23, 2020. This brief service lasts one-half hour or less and is the “goodnight prayer of the church.” It is a contemplative service that emphasizes spiritual peace. All are welcome. Pet Food Pantry Wednesday and Thursday from 9:30 a.m. – 1:00p.m.

The next Pet Food Pantry will be held Wednesday and Thursday, February 3 & 4, 2021 from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the church courtyard. Through our Pet Food Pantry, we provide free pet food for dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens in order to help low-income pet owners care for their pets. If you are coming for the first time, please bring your photo ID and proof-of-income (ACCESS card is fine.) A $1 donation is suggested to help defray our costs. The Pet Food Pantry will be held outdoors, so dress accordingly.  In the event of inclement weather, please bring an umbrella. We are also asking for everyone to wear a mask and keep a 6 ft. distance between each other in line. These requirements will be strictly enforced.  We do not deliver. Donations of pet food and cat litter as well as monetary donations to purchase these items are always welcome. You can donate online via the Donate page on the Main Menu of this website.

Bible Study: Gospel of Mark via Zoom Thursday Evenings at 6:30p.m.

Join us as we study the Gospel of Mark, which is the earliest and shortest of the Gospels. Bible Study will be held via Zoom from 6:30 to 8:00p.m. on Thursday evenings through February 11, 2021. We will gather for some fellowship, begin with a short video that sets the stage for the week’s readings, share in discussion and reflections, and conclude with the service of Compline. Morning Prayer Rite II via Zoom on Sunday morning February 7, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.

We gather via Zoom every Sunday at 10:00a.m. for alternating services of Morning Prayer and Holy Eucharist celebrated by The Reverend Nancy Threadgill live from St. Mark’s Main Sanctuary, accompanied by music from our pipe organ and lay readings. Morning Prayer is offered on the first and third Sundays of each month; Holy Eucharist is celebrated on the second and fourth Sundays. The Sunday worship service bulletin will be posted here and under Worship prior to each service.
